You need support . . . lots of it

and you needed it like, yesterday.

Parenting a livewire is no joke. And what I hear from the most-stressed parents is that they don't have people in their lives who understand.

That ends now.

Here's how you can get plugged into a community of parents just like you who are . . .

  • exhausted

  • trying so hard, but wondering if they're doing enough or doing it right.

  • running on less sleep than any human ought to

  • worried that they've just screwed things up or caused their livewire to be the way they are.

You are not alone. There are millions of parents struggling in isolation and thinking they're the only one with a child like this. â€‹

Nope.  Let's get you connected to a tribe of parents so you can get some information that's actually helpful. Let's move the needle on sleep.

Doesn't that sound amazing?

THE little LIVEWIRE club

Coming soon! Get on the list now!

The Little LivewireTM Club will be a space for parents to get information and support that's geared ONLY to the experience of parenting a livewire. You'll have access to peer support from parents in the same boat, as well as information and feedback from vetted professionals.

Plans for the Club include:

  • A dedicated community page with categories for special topics

  • A "Colic Track" specifically for parents of fussy newborns

  • Two "Sleep Tracks" (one for infants/toddlers and one for three and up)

  • Video courses (understanding temperament, sleep training, sensory processing, potty training, self-care/self-compassion etc.)

  • Monthly live presentations from selected professionals that will be added to a video library that you can access any time.

  • Options for different budgets for working with a "Livewire verified" gentle sleep coach (group coaching, brief consultations, full one-on-one coaching)

  • Weekly "office hours" with community professionals for questions

Join the people who really get you.

There aren't many (any?) sources of information or support that truly understand what parents of livewires are going through, so I decided to create it. Let's get you connected to some fellow parents and vetted professionals who fully understand your reality.

If your life is a rollercoaster, at least we can all ride it together.
